Clinial Supervision
Being a clinical supervisor is one of my most treasured identities as a counseling psychologist (and person). I have supervised, trained, and mentored numerous beginning therapists since 2010, including master's, doctoral, postdoctoral, and early career therapists. This also includes three years serving as the Training Director in a college counseling center.
My aim as a supervisor is to help new and early career clinicians to become more “themselves” as therapists, to increase their comfort with emotions and with discussions of identity and power, and to learn how to use themselves in the work. I help clinicians strengthen their capacity to conceptualize cases holistically, considering identities, dynamics, and diagnoses.
My approach to supervision is developmental, relational, identity-centered, emotionally-focused, and guided by anti-oppressive and decolonizing perspectives. Whenever possible, I like to incorporate review of videotaped sessions in supervision sessions.
Please contact me if you would like to discuss whether I might be a good fit for you as a supervisor.

Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
