Hi, I’m Kathleen.
I’ve devoted my 15-year career as a psychologist and therapist to supporting the well-being of college students and young adults. I love helping people understand and navigate their emotions, beliefs, needs, values, and intuition so they can experience more authenticity, freedom, joy, and ease in their lives and relationships.
My other passion is supervising, training, and mentoring graduate students and early career therapists in counseling, clinical/counseling psychology, and social work.
A bit more about me: I grew up in New York City, have spent a lot of time in the Midwest, and now live on Long Island. I enjoy coffee, my dog Kodak, eating in restaurants (and in general!), being near water, exploring places near and far, NYTimes word games, and going down rabbit holes about random historical things. I lost my dad when I was 19 and my mom when I was 30, which is why I’m so passionate about supporting young adults who are grieving. One of the coolest things I’ve gotten to do in my life is work as a Counselor on Semester at Sea’s 134th Voyage in the Fall of 2024.
